I think I could spend the next week in the studio dancing and dancing, nothing to eat or drink, I couldn’t care less. Just turn up the music.

We started out with the salsa to get warmed up. Like this; (it’s not Maria in the video but that’s pretty much what she looks like)
And then I really wanted to try one of our hip hop routines, the one she helped me choreograph about a year ago

After about an hour and a half my ankle said – STOP -
